Seminar on "Importance of Food safety standards for Hotel and restaurant owners and employees"

COHEART in association with Dept of VPH conducted a Seminar on Importance of Food safety standards for Hotel and restaurant owners and employees in and around Kalpetta. The seminar was held at Vyapari Bhavan, Kalpetta. Resource persons were Mr. Varghese, Food Safety Officer, Kozhikode and faculties of COHEART. The programme was attended by around 120 Hotel and restaurant owners/employees. The session proved very useful for the hotel owners as recorded from their feedback. The video that was released by COHEART on Restaurant hygiene was well taken and copy was distributed to the interested participants.
