In the light of KFD case reported at Mullankolly of Wayanad District, a survey on awareness of zoonotic disease with special reference to KFD was conducted for tribal schools at Mullankolly on 11/3/2016. Study revealed the need for educating students on zoonotic diseases and post session all the children were taught to communicate the essence of knowledge to their family.
